"I recently(months ago) purchased a Royal Enfield from a dealer in Evansville, IN, the nearest Enfield dealer to Lexington. 6 Hour round trip. Unfortunately, they delivered me the wrong bike. OK, no problem. They turned around and delivered the correct bike, unfortunately the bike they delivered was delivered inoperable. The bike would not charge the battery. The dealer I purchased it from refused to pick up the bike and fix it... even though they delivered it this way. Months into this brand new bike, unable to ride it, a beautiful piece of metal sitting in my garage collecting dust, all the while I'm making payments on it.... I happened to look at the Enfield site again and Gateway Cycles showed up as a new Enfield dealer right here in Lexington! I was so excited. I emailed and eventually spoke to Carl over the phone. Enfields were so new to them they didn't even have their shop manuals. They were more than happy for me to drop the bike off. They had it for several weeks while they were getting all the info together to be able to work on Enfields via warranty converge. These guys at Gateway fixed my bike, their first Enfield warranty claim. Everyone there was so kind, professional and helpful. They did their best to take care of me and when my bike was ready they gave me a ring. Great service at Gateway. They truly saved me from a huge legal battle I would have had with the original dealer. The original dealer was a huge let down, but thanks to Gateway Cycles I will be able to enjoy my Enfield... if you aren't familiar with an Enfield go check them out at Gateway... they have them there an you won't be able to find better people to buy front than them. "Bought a new 2010 Concours 14 in Candy Neptune Blue from Gareway in Lexington on New Circle Road. Outstanding Dealer service and Carl was top notch. Unlike many other "so-called" self procalimed dealerships in two states, Gateway sincerely cares about customers, the buying transaction, and service. It doesn't stop after you buy a vehicle. The people know the product and can answer any questions you have. Prices don't get any better because Carl beat everybody else I spoke too out of five dealerships and any Internet deals I came across. If you purchase a product at Gateway, in my opinion, you cannot go wrong. My next motorsports purchase will be with this group of folks, without even bothering to check anywhere else. "It was a pleasure working with Robert on my 2010 Brute Force 750. The entire experience was one of the easiest and best I have ever had when buying anything. "Gateway Cycles custom built a machine for our heavy utility work. The Kawasaki Brute Force 750 was just the base machine. Additions of tank tracks, sprayers, remote control winch and specialized equipment makes this machine one of a kind.
